The next race for the CRSA Sprint Car Tour happens this Saturday, May 2nd, at the Orange County Fair Speedway in Middletown, NY. It is the first of five races on the "hard clay" 5/8 mile oval and the first race of the E&H Services / Esposito's Lawn & Garden "Southern Tier Challenge".
Last years "STC" champion, Jeremy Quick, has his car ready to defend his title, but not without opposition from the many local drivers that call Middletown their home. Scott Goodrich, Scott Flammer and Emily VanInwegen all have wins under their belt and they are all planning to upset the champ. 2013 & 14 Tour Champion ,John Matrafailo, lives nearby in Pa. and always finishes strong here. The 2014 Rookie of the Year, Thomas Radivoy, is rapidly improving and looking for his first ever sprint car win. These are just a few of the local drivers, as many others will be traveling the distance from their hometowns looking for their first win at OCFS this year. Last weeks winner at the Fonda Speedway, Jordan Thomas, confirmed he will be there as did Dalton Herrick, Josh Pieniazek, and Cory Sparks.
Look for a stellar field and some fast paced action as the CRSA invades OCFS!
