Terry Mattox – SAPULPA, Okla. (March 31, 2015) – After a successful 2015 season opening weekend this past weekend at Creek County Speedway, things are set for this weekends “Easter Eggstravaganza” featuring the “Fast Five Weekly Series” action.
We are asking all drivers that will be racing to please bring a boys and girls Easter basket with your car # and name, or even a picture with you on April 4 to give away. Drivers can give those to the pit shack ladies upon arrival to the track.
After capturing the first win in the third season of the Fast Five Weekly Series in the Champ Sprint division, Frank Taft will lead the charge going into the second week of the 2015 season. Ben Frey finds himself sitting second in points. Rounding out the podium is Ronald Paris, Jr. with Michael Tyre and Will Scribner rounding out the top 5.
Mike Duvall currently leads the mighty Modified division after his feature win on Saturday night. Anthony Neel resides in the second position with Ho Dean rounding out the podium. Matthew McBride and Justin Cartwright round out the top 5.
Capturing the opening night win in the Dwarf Car division, Jorge Chacon sits on top of the points chart leading Larry Pense. Rick Cochran holds down the third spot with Jeff Record and Paul York currently rounding the top in the Dwarf Car division.
Bobby Wolfe opened his 2015 season with a feature win on opening night at Creek County Speedway in the Factory Stock division. Wolfe currently leads Tim Stowe with Robert McClain rounding the podium. Tommy Romine and Jimmy Owen find themselves in the top 5 going into week two.
Lastly, Jerad Traster leads Dee Denton after picking up the opening night win in the Mini Stock division. Evan Smith comes into week two in the third spot, with Shawn Brown Lee and Chris Miles rounding out the top 5.
Gates open at 4:00 P.M. and Racing 7:00 P.M.
Tickets for Saturday are just $10 for Adults, Kids 10-14 $6 and children under 10 are always FREE! Pit Passes $30.
Load up the kids, call your mother in law and bring them all out to “The Creek” this Saturday night for the fastest fun around!
