Myerstown, PA (March 23rd, 2015) - Despite losing another weekend of competition as a result of Mother Nature, Brent Marks and the Brent Marks Racing operation will stay focused, and turn their attention towards the upcoming weekend schedule. Marks, who pilots the Brent Marks Racing, BAPS Auto Paint & Supplies, Creekside Auto Sales, Fredericksburg Eagle Hotel, no. 19M ‘410’ sprint car, will visit two different facilities in two different states during the upcoming weekend; beginning with the Williams Grove Speedway season opener in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday evening, March 27th. The Myerstown, Pennsylvania native will then travel nearly seven hours west to the Atomic Speedway near Chillicothe, Ohio for an All Star Circuit of Champions event on Saturday, March 28th.

“It’s frustrating when the weather doesn’t cooperate, but we have plenty of racing to look forward to this year” explained Brent Marks, “We have a busy weekend ahead...we’ll be at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night, then we’ll head over to Atomic Speedway on Saturday night for the first All Star points race...we are excited to race there...I’ve always heard great things about the track and the facility...the All Stars have gone through a lot of changes recently and that makes it even more exciting...hopefully things go according to plan and we can get both races in the books...I just want to thank this entire team and all of our sponsors...we have a great combination and some great supporters...we’ll work as hard as we can to get the first win of the year this weekend.”

Marks will have an opportunity to rack up a win total nearing $14,000 by the time the upcoming weekend comes to an end. The Williams Grove Speedway season opener on Friday night, March 27th will feature a $3,600-to-win program for the ‘410’ sprint cars. Atomic Speedway’s program on Saturday night, sanctioned by the ‘New’ All Star Circuit of Champions, will feature a $10,000-to-win main event. Despite sanctioning events in Florida during the month of February, the All Star Circuit of Champions program on Saturday will be the first points race of their current season. This Saturday will also mark down as a first ever visit to the Atomic Speedway for Brent Marks.
