TULSA, Okla. (February 24, 2015) The ASCS Southwest Region gets back at it this Saturday, February 28 with the region's return to Canyon Speedway Park in Peoria, Ariz.
The last visit for the ASCS Southwest Region to Canyon Speedway Park was August 17, 2013 with Rick Ziehl topping the evening's action. Ziehl got the season rolling at Central Arizona Speedway on February 14, putting the No. 20z to the early points lead. Fellow New Mexico ace, Lorne Wofford holds runner up with Billy Chester third going into the season's second round of competition.
Serving as the Headline class of the 2015 Canyon Speedway Park season opener, an open practice session will be held on Friday, February 27 starting at 6:00 P.M. (MT). Saturday's opener goes green at 7:00 P.M. (MT).
Admission to Saturday's ASCS spectacular is $16 with discounts for Military, Seniors, and Students. Children ages 7-12 are admitted into the grandstands for $6. Kids age six and under are free.
