Infinity Shocks has signed on as title sponsor of the Non-Wing 410 Sprint Car Portion of the Open Wheel Power Rankings for 2015.
A part of the recurring “The Wheatley Chronicles” series of articles on www.racinboys.com, the Open Wheel Power Rankings are determined by cumulative points based on a sliding scale dependent upon car count at Sprint Car and Midget events across all sanctions and non-sanctions throughout North America.
In addition to the Infinity Shocks Non-Wing 410 Power Rankings, other divisions in the Open Wheel Power Rankings include STIDA Winged 410 Sprint Cars, Rod End Supply Winged 360 Sprint Cars, Beaver Stripes Non-Wing 360 Sprint Cars, Midgets and 305’s presented by Dodge City Raceway Park.

Now the Infinity Shocks Non-Wing 410 Sprint Car Power Rankings, Robert Ballou came away with the number one ranking in 2014 after Dave Darland edged Bryan Clauson for the top spot in 2013.
Ballou took the top ranking in 2014 by 72 points over Darland with others among the top ten including Jon Stanbrough, Clauson, Justin Grant, Brady Short, Chase Stockon, Brady Bacon, Chad Boespflug and Shane Cottle as 293 different drivers earned points in 224 events.
The initial events to award points towards the Infinity Shocks Non-Wing 410 Sprint Car Power Rankings is this weekend’s set of USAC races at Ocala’s Bubba Raceway Park on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with another trio of USAC tilts next weekend at East Bay Raceway Park next on the docket.
