Inside Line Promotions – BURLISON, Tenn. (Nov. 5, 2014) – The focus for Brandon Hanks right now is farming season.

Hanks will take this weekend off from racing as he works long hours on his family’s farm, assuming that the weather cooperates.

“It has been raining a lot lately,” he said. “If we can get some sun and a little wind it’ll dry up real quick and we’ll be in good shape.”

If everything plays out accordingly, Hanks said he will wrap up his season during the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour season finale Nov. 14-15 at Cocopah Speedway in Somerton, Ariz.

It would mark his first time at the 3/8-mile track and would be the first time he has competed in Arizona.

“I’ve heard a lot of great things about Cocopah Speedway and I hope we can make it out there,” he said. “Plus, I know it’s sunny and warm in Arizona most of the year so you can’t beat that in November.”
