Inside Line Promotions – LONGVIEW, Texas (Sept. 15, 2014) – Cody Freeman will get a unique opportunity this weekend.
Freeman is slated to hang out at the NHRA event in Dallas with one of his sponsors – C&J Energy Services – which also partners with a top fuel team.
“I get to participate and hang out with the crew and experience life with a true professional race team,” he said. “I’m beyond excited.”
This marks the second straight year Freeman will take part in the marquee weekend. It will also provide some time at a race track since Freeman isn’t scheduled to compete again until Sept. 26 at Mountain Creek Speedway in Grand Prairie, Texas.
“Right now we’re focused on school,” he said. “We’re also going through the car and making sure everything is good to go so we can close out our season on a high note.”
Freeman has earned 12 top fives this season, including six at Mountain Creek Speedway.
