Wichita Falls, TX (9/3/14) by DarinShort.com. The new Red River Speedway (RRS) near Wichita Falls, TX is pleased to announce the first ever non-winged Sprint Car event at RRS with the running of the Wingless Oklahoma Warriors (WOW) on Saturday, September 13th.
Non-winged Sprint Car pilots such as Kyle Cobb, Koby Barksdale, Gil White, David McDuffee, James Fabian, Ricky Crawford, Dwayne Forsgren, Kevin Barksdale, Ryan Dean, Zachery Tippett, Casey Jones, Bud Lowe, Chance Nestell, Erich Peterson, Randy Marsee, Craig Carroll, Larry Sturgeon, Dylan Lehew, Chris Foster, Billy Fields & more are expected!
But that's just part of the jam packed line up of racing on Saturday night, September 13th. Joining the WOW series will be a complete program for the Champ Sprints (paying $1,000 to win), Modifieds (paying $1,000 to win); and the Pro Stocks and Mini Stocks will each be racing for $300 to win. And the best part for race fans - it's all at regular RRS ticket prices! Adult tickets are just $12 (ages 12-64), while Kids are $5 (ages 6-11), ages 5 and under are free (with adult admission), and Seniors/Active Military just $8. All pit passes are $30.
Here are the specifics for the SATURDAY, September 13th racing program at Red River Speedway:
-Pits open at 5pm, Grandstands open at 6pm, Draw Cut off & Drivers Meeting at 7pm sharp, Track Packing at 7:15pm, Hot Laps at 7:30pm, Opening Ceremonies at 7:55pm, and racing starts at 8pm
-General Admission just $12 (ages 12 to 64)
-Kids (ages 6-11) just $5
-Ages 5 and under admitted free with Adult admission
-Active Military and Seniors (Ages 65+): $8
-All Pit Passes $30
-No outside food, drinks and/or coolers allowed through ticket gates; a full selection of economically priced food concessions, including beer, are available.
