Mark Dobmeier moved by Terry McCarl with less than five laps to go in the main event to get the victory. McCarl settled for second ahead of Ian Madsen. Lynton Jeffery and Brian Paulus rounded out the top five.
Shane Fick led the distance in the micro sprint feature for his third win of the year.
In the street stocks, Brad VanVoorst said it was a long time coming as he put his military tribute #48 in the winner’s circle. It was the first win of his career at Huset’s.
Nick Barger took his first ever win in the B-modifieds. Barger battled side-by-side with Jared Nytroe and then had to hold of Colter Deutsch to get the victory.
Dustin Gulbrandson snuck around Jason Bradley to get the win in the hobby stocks. Gulbrandson now has four wins on the 2014 season.
The next event at Huset’s Speedway is this Sunday.
