Bryan Hulbert - BELGRADE, Mont. (July 19, 2013) Phil Dietz chased the No.27dd for 24 laps before fate intervened on the final lap as David Hoiness saw his win at the Gallatin Speedway with the Frontier Region disappear with a flat rear tire coming to the checkered flag.
Grabbing the lead on the start from third, the Billings based driver ended up limping under the checkered flag sixth as fifth starting Phil Dietz raced to victory. Trever Kirkland finished second with Joe Perry, Paxton Lambrecht, and Jeremy McCune completing the top five.
The ASCS Frontier Region continues the weekend at the Billings Motorsports Park on Saturday, July 20.
