ILP continued to do both the past week as Big Game Motorsports drivers Craig Dollansky and Sammy Swindell each picked up a victory in World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series action. Dollansky tallied his fifth win of the season on Saturday at Beaver Dam Raceway in Beaver Dam, Wis., with Swindell notching his second victory of the year on Sunday at Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wis.
Travis Rilat garnered two wins driving for Richard Saumure during the ASCS Northwest Region Speedweek. Rilat claimed the opener on Friday at Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, Wash., before a triumph on Wednesday at Willamette Speedway in Lebanon, Ore.
Brent Marks opened the PA Speedweek by placing third at Big Diamond Speedway in Minersville, Pa., and fourth at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
Andrew Felker added two more fourth-place finishes on Friday at Bloomington Speedway in Bloomington, Ind., and Sunday at Angell Park Speedway in Sun Prairie, Wis.
Cole Wood led the first nine laps and ended fourth at Huset's Speedway in Brandon, S.D., on Sunday in only his fifth career race with a 410ci engine.
Jack Dover overcame a frustrating week by earning the Hard Charger Award for maneuvering from 14th to fourth at the 2nd annual Open Wheel Nationals on Saturday at St. Croix Valley Speedway in St. Croix Falls, Wis.
Trey Starks recorded his ninth top-five finish of the season on Saturday at Grays Harbor Raceway during the second race of the ASCS Northwest Region Speedweek.
