Fist off in July is the most anticipated event of the year at DCRP, this weekend’s Boot Hill Showdown featuring the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars on Friday and Saturday with the green flag flying at 8:00 p.m. on both nights.
While Daryn Pittman leads Paul McMahan and Donny Schatz in the WoO title chase entering the weekend, Steve Kinser and Kraig Kinser claimed Boot Hill Showdown triumphs in 2012.

After a week off for the Annual 3i Show, action gets going in strong fashion again at DCRP with the Inaugural Dodge City Modified Stampede on August 19-20. Reset from the originally scheduled date of May 3-4 due to inclement weather, both nights of competition offer up a $1,200 IMCA Modified winner’s share with United Wireless IMCA Sport Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars and Thunder Cars in action as well.
Tickets to the Inaugural Dodge City Modified Stampede are $15 each night, with children 11 and under admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
The month of July at Dodge City Raceway Park rounds out with a Friday night, July 26, card featuring the URSS Sprint Cars along with IMCA Modifieds, United Wireless IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Stock Cars. The July 26 event marks the kickoff of the 10-day Dodge City Days festival.
