Mechanicsburg - Williams Grove Speedway hosts sprint car action featuring the Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprints and the HJ Towing & Recovery 358 sprints this Friday night, August 7 at 7:30 pm.
Both the sprint car divisions will stage full programs of qualifying heats and a feature event.
Lap and bonus money will be in effect for the 410 sprints.
Coming up next week at Williams Grove Speedway on August 14 the URC Sprints return for a 358/360 challenge along with the Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprints.
Several drivers are likely to run both divisions in the event.
And then August 21 finds the fan favorite Diamond Series Twin 20s for the 410 sprints taking center stage.
The Saturday Series street stocks will also be on the Twins program.
Williams Grove Speedway will purchase and distribute some $5,000 in rear tires to the competitors in the Twin 20s, adding to the overall value of the events.
All finishers in the first feature will each receive a free rear tire along with the winner of the second main event.
General admission for the August 7 show is set at $14 with youth ages 13-20 admitted for $10.
Kids ages 12 and under are always admitted FREE at Williams Grove Speedway.
The track portion of the 50/50 on August 7 will go to the Harrisburg Humane Society.
The Williams Grove Saturday series featuring action with the super sportsman, limited late models and the street stocks continues through August.
