Ryan Timms returned to the 410 Sprint Car ranks on Wednesday afternoon to pilot the Liebig Motorsports No. 10 entry for the 18th annual World of Outlaws World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, N.C.).
Following Wednesday’s successful qualifying session, Timms soared into Thursday’s prelim with a runner-up showing in his heat race. Lined up fourth for the opener via his dash finish, Ryan rolled to a seventh-place finish.
On Friday, Ryan backed up a seventh-to-fourth heat outing with a 17th-place finish in the final 25-lap preliminary feature.
The World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series concluded for Timms on Saturday night with a fourth-place finish in the $25,000-to-win finale. He climbed five positions to place fourth, chasing Tyler Courtney, David Gravel, and Carson Macedo to the checkers with Brian Brown finishing fifth.
