A couple of nights of amazing driving by the drivers led to some exciting racing at the 57th Western World Championship presented by Avanti Windows & Doors which ended our 2024 season here at Mohave Valley Raceway.
Night one saw a "repeat" winner here at Mohave Valley Raceway (April 2024) with Kevin Thomas Jr. in the #15 taking home the win.
On Night two, once Kyle Cummins in the #3p was able to get the lead, he never looked back and was able to cash in on a $10,000 pay day.
For the main event on night two, each driver signed a cowboy hat and gave it to a "young" fan. Whoever had the winning driver's signed hat got to come onto the track and claim his/her $100. Miss Regan was the lucky winner. Word is she got his hat because she had an Avanti sweatshirt on!
The Spring Family Motorsports Mini Dwarfs saw the same drivers crossing the first line first both nights. In the Sportsman it was #29 Chase Rogers who came from Barona to run with us this weekend while the Masters saw #33 Luke Spring having to battle to get that first position.
Thank you to everyone coming out - whether it was one night or both night, first time visiting or a "regular - we appreciate your support and your enthusiasm as we all work together to keep racing alive.
