(11/1/24) Reveling in a second straight season of racing accomplishments throughout eighteen headlining events, the POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint League would witness the continual and successful title defense of Ayrton Gennetten repeating as the 2024 points champion while continually solidifying his rank as a top-tier challenger in the racing world.
Achieving his second career POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint League championship, Ayrton Gennetten, of Versailles Missouri, would defend his championship throne throughout the title-clinching season earning a league-leading five feature victories to extend his career total to eight wins over the past trio of seasons. Driving into twelve top-five finishes, Gennetten would advance forty positions throughout green flag racing while leading a remarkable fifty-four laps in the title-earning year.
Splitting time with on-track adrenaline bouts in the familiar and family-owned Ozark Barge & Dock Service, Kenny’s Tile, The Stuart House, Wet Steps, Hibdon Gravel, Tony Stuart Racing, High-Performance Lubricants, KAA Speed, Champion Signs, Aquatic Dock Supply, Midland Performance, Hooker Harness, Vahlco Wheels, KSE Racing, Wildwood Racing, FSR, Pro Powder Coating, Winters Performance, Maxim Chassis, Rider Racing Engine, #3 and wheeling the iconic Heidbreder Motorsports, The Branch, Inland Rigging, #19; Ayrton would not be denied in dominating the yearly standings by over six-hundred points.
Leading the league overall in most competitive categories, the third-generation driving talent Gennetten would continually be among the front-running finishers only placing outside the top ten in only a pair of his twenty seasonal starts with the POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint League. Ayrton would additionally acquire a pair of high-point qualifier awards, a single heat race victory, and one hard-charger accolade in the highly successful championship-earning season.
