DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (Sept. 23, 2024) - The format for the 12th annual NOW600 Nationals taking place on November 7-9 at Creek County Speedway has been announced.
Three nights of action slated for Stock Non-Wing, Winged A-Class, Restricted, Turf Tire, Dwarf Cars, and Winged Outlaws at the 1/4 mile oval.
THURSDAY & FRIDAY >> Standard NOW600 National format. Drivers will draw for their qualifying groups. Top 4 will be inverted in their heat race. Qualifying points will be awarded and so will passing points in the heat race. Top 14 in combined points transfer into the A-Main each night.
Event points will be awarded from Qualifying, Heat Races, B-Mains and A-Mains.
SATURDAY >> The top 7 in event points between Thursday and Friday will lock into Saturday's finale. The 8th spot will be reserved for the driver that advanced the most positions between Thursday and Friday.
The remainder of the field will be split into Qualifiers on Saturday. Depending on the number of qualifiers will determine the transfers to the A-Main. The drivers that do not transfer from the qualifiers will be placed into a LCQ with the final chance to make the feature field. The LCQ will be lined up based on qualifier finish.
Saturday nights finale pays $1,000 to win and $100 to start for all six classes scheduled. Regular first day payout will be utilized on Thursday and Friday. Entry fee is $100 and does not include the drivers pit pass. Pit passes are $35 on Thursday and Friday. $40 on Saturday.
