A tripleheader event in the state of Illinois brought Seratt Racing and Lane Seratt to Southern Illinois Raceway (Marion, Ill.) on Thursday afternoon to compete in the Restricted Winged Micro portion of the Keith Kunz Motorsports Challenge.
With a sixth-place finish on Thursday and a fourth-place outing in Friday’s preliminary placing him second in overall points, Seratt locked himself into a front-row starting spot for Saturday night’s main event.
Soaring into the lead on lap 12 after front-running Brexton Busch retired, Lane paced the remainder of the 25-lap affair to secure the impressive win.
The triumph marked Seratt's fifth victory of the 2024 season.
