KENNEDALE, Texas (August 24, 2024) Racing to career win No. 4 with the MYCO Plastics ASCS Elite Outlaw Sprints on Saturday night, Marcus Thomas captured the night's $2,000 payday at Kennedale Speedway Park.

The second year in a row that Thomas has reported to Victory Lane during the tour's August visit, the No. 10g led the closing five revolutions at the DFW area quarter-mile oval. Jeb Sessums led the first 15 laps before his night ended prematurely. Likewise for Kyle Jones, who led the next six laps.

Up four spots, Oklahoma's Rees Moran grabbed second, followed by Austin Mundie and last Saturday's winner, Colby Stubblefield, who each advance five spots. Hard charging 10 positions, John Carney II completed the top five.

The ASCS Elite Wing and Non-Wing Series is owned and operated by Nathan Moore and operates under the sanction of the American Sprint Car Series. Rules for both tours can be found on the ASCS website. Nathan can be reached at (903) 780-9934 or email elitenonwingsprints@gmail.com.
