Waylon Phillips' stellar 2024 campaign resumed on Saturday at Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex (Sweet Springs, Mo.) aboard both of his Motor Haven RV & Board Storage-sponsored Non Wing Micros.
In another successful weekend outing, Phillips raced to a runner-up finish in Stock Non Wing main event. After turning in a second-place heat finish, Waylon clawed forward one spot in the 20-lap feature to finish second. He joined race-winner Quinton Benson and Quinn Jones on the podium.
His night in the Non Wing Outlaw ranks ended abruptly after breaking a spindle in the feature.
