The Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native, who is currently ninth in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series championship standings, commenced action from row two, utilizing a runner-up performance during heat race competition to qualify for the evening’s dash.

The “Jonestown Jet” will now turn his attention further north, set to invade North Dakota for starts at River Cities Speedway and Red River Valley Speedway on August 23-24.
“Happy with how our weeknd ended. Two top-tens would be better, but to cap the weeknd like we did is a great transition into our upcoming trip to North Dakota,” Zearfoss said. “Hats off to the team and all of their hard work. To move from Knoxville right into another big weekend at Jackson is no easy task. We’re ready to get moving north.”
