ASCS Elite Outlaw Sprints Rolling To RPM Speedway This Saturday

CRANDALL, Texas (August 13, 2024) Round 10 of the 2024 season, the MYCO Plastics ASCS Elite Outlaw Sprint Series, is back on track at RPM Speedway in Crandall, Texas, on Saturday, August 17.

The lone visit to the quarter-mile oval in 2024 by the Winged 410cid series; the tour's only other visit was on June 2, 2023, with Cody Gardner taking the win after a hair-raising battle with Justin Zimmerman that ended with the two unfortunately making contact.

Taking an 18-point advantage into the Saturday shootout, Marcus Thomas leads tour standings over Austin Mundie, with Blaine Baxter in the mix as well with only 32 points to make up. Jeff Day, Jr. and Michelle Parson make up the top five.

Saturday, August 17, gates open at 6:00 p.m. with racing scheduled to start at 8:00 p.m. (CDT). Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors (60+), military, and youth (6-12), and free for kids five and under into the grandstands. Pit Passes are $45. The lineup also includes Limited Modified, Factory Stocks, Modifieds, and A-Class Micros.
