(Wilmot, Wis., Tuesday, August 6, 2024)--After working with Wilmot Raceway to set a makeup date for the World of Outlaws CASE Construction Equipment Late Models postponed race, Series and track officials decided to cancel the event as no viable date was available, but plan to visit the track in 2025.
The Wisconsin dirt track will host the Series for the first time on Monday, July 28, 2025.
Individuals who purchased a ticket for the event at Wilmot Raceway in 2024, those tickets will be good for the new 2025 date. If unable to attend, go to World of Outlaws Late Models website to complete a form to receive a face-value refund. Deadline is Sept. 6, 2024, to request a refund.
Wilmot Raceway is quiet until the Kenosha County Fair which runs August 14-18. Fair opening night Grandstand Wednesday, August 14 features the Lift Pro/Hepfner Racing Products Wings Series 604 Winged Sprint Cars, IMCA Modifieds, Unified Street Stocks and B&L Office Furniture powered by American Tire & Auto Repair of Kenosha and Lindenhurst, IL Bandit 4-Cylinder Stock Cars.
On Thursday, August 15 will be Badger Truck & Tractor Pulls with combine demolition derby prelims.
PI Motorsports Tractor & Truck Pulls with the combine demolition derby finale plus fireworks highlighting the grandstand Friday, August 16 program.
The final scheduled Bumper to Bumper Interstate Racing Association Outlaw Sprint Cars in the Annual Roger Iles Tribute along with WIsconsin Auto Meter Powered By Gandrud Performance Wilmot Raceway Catalyst Exhibits WingLESS Sprints and 11-75 Sports Complex IRA Lightning Sprints in an all sprint car show is scheduled Saturday, August 17.
The fair concludes with the traditional International Demolition Derby on Sunday, August 18.
