Bryan Hulbert - TULSA, Okla. (May 24, 2013) An update regarding conversations between ASCS CEO Emmett Hahn and Northwest track owner Jerry Schram at the first of the week that agreed the Northwest Region will remain under ASCS sanction and ASCS rules.
Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26 at the Grays Harbor Raceway will allow open headed 360cid engines to compete but any driver that utilizes an open headed engine will be required to run restrictors in their engine.
ASCS format and ASCS rules will stand with pill draw to lineup heats and passing points to determine A-Feature, and B-Feature lineups. Full points will be awarded at the conclusion of each night’s racing program.
