Plymouth Speedway to Feature Regular Races This Saturday

(Plymouth, IN) Super Streets, Modifieds, Thunder Stocks, USAC 600 sprints
and USAC restricted winged sprints will be running at the fastest dirt track
in Northern Indiana on Saturday, May 25.

The staff and management at Plymouth Speedway are working hard to work in
the new dirt surface. The transition from asphalt to dirt was made during
the winter months and everyone has been attempting to smooth out the bumps
to make the surface ideal for racing. This has been an ongoing process and
the crew is learning more and more about maintaining and molding the dirt to
prime it for racing.

Plymouth Speedway track owner Ed Kennedy consulted with Eldora Speedway
owner Tony Stewart, eight-year Eldora Maintenance Director Larry Kemp and
Gary Rishe from Lernerville to gather information on what and what not to do
when conditioning the track. Kennedy pledges to find the proper track
procedure and to provide excellent conditions for racing entertainment. He
thanks all car owners, drivers, crews, sponsors and most of all, the fans,
who support the track every week.

You are invited to see what the excitement is all about with the five
classes of races that are scheduled for this Saturday. Gates open at 4 p.m.
and all of the fun begins at 7 p.m. ET.
