This year’s 360 Nationals Rookie entry list is extensive, changing right up until the day before the event. With twenty 360 sprint car rookies, this is a packed field of talent that will make the 2024 360 Nationals one to watch.
Hunter Schuerenberg (#64) out of Sikeston, Missouri, is also a repeat competitor at Knoxville Raceway, as he typically runs 410 winged sprints. He has been driving the Heidbreder #19 and competing in many races across the country, mostly in Missouri and the Midwest. His goals for this Nationals are to make the A Main on Saturday and turn consistent laps to prepare for the 410 Nationals. His previous 360 experience dates back to 2004 and 2005, and he has raced a 360 only once between 2005 and 2024.
Hank Davis (#2C) from Sand Springs, Oklahoma, runs the ASCS National Tour. He can be followed on social media at @hankdavis1h on X and on Facebook at Hank Davis Racing. Hank’s goal is to make the feature, which he describes as his main goal for his first appearance.
Russell Potter (#3R) from Boonville, Missouri, races weekly in the 360 Championship Series at Knoxville Raceway. Russell’s goals for the 360 Nationals are to learn as much as possible about driving the track itself. “Of course, I want to run up front and do well, but with my experience and some of my equipment, it’s not quite possible yet. I’d like to gain more knowledge on car setup and improve my driving at Knoxville. Also, I want to have fun and see what I have to offer with the short amount of time I’ve spent at Knoxville Raceway.” Russell can be followed on Facebook at Russell Potter.
Cole Garner, driving the familiar blue #4g from Sioux Falls, SD, is a weekly Knoxville 360 competitor. Cole’s main goal is to make the B Main on Saturday night. He can be followed on X at @colegarner4g.
Micah Slendy, in the #8S out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has been competing in a lot of Knoxville, Husets, and Jackson races in the 360 class.
Kasey Jedrezek, driving the #11n from LaGrange, Ohio, mainly runs with the Great Lake Super Sprints. To follow Kasey, search for Kasey Jedrzejek Racing. Kasey’s main goal is to make the A Main on Saturday night’s show.
Andrew Deal (#15d) from Caney, KS, runs the ASCS Tour. His main goal for his inaugural 360 Nationals is to enjoy the week and make some laps around a track he’s always wanted to run. Andrew can be followed on social media by searching Andrew Deal Racing on Facebook and @1Therealdeal5d on X.
Austyn Gossel (#16G) from Fort Collins, Colorado, is an ASCS National Tour regular. “My goal for the Nationals is to bring the car back in one piece first and foremost, but also to run well and finish strong.” Austyn is on Instagram @austyngossel16g.
Nathan Anderson (#17N) from Newton, Iowa, has been racing weekly in the 360 at Knoxville Raceway.
Corey Timmerman (#20) from Camden, Illinois, is a weekly Knoxville competitor. He has consistently been gaining momentum at the half-mile track, making four A Features with a highest finish of 19th.
Cole Macedo (#21T) from Lemoore, California, mainly runs the NARC in a 410, as well as the midweek High Limit Series. Follow Cole at Cole_macedo18 across social media platforms. Cole’s goal for the 360 Nationals is a solid finish in the A Main.
Emerson Axsom is driving the #27W Klassmeyer’s Petry entry. Emerson won the Knoxville 360 feature on July 27th and finished 6th at the King’s Royal in the 410.
Weston Olson, in the #27W from Warren, Minnesota, primarily competes at River Cities Speedway (South Dakota) as a 410 regular. He has made one Knoxville appearance in the 360, finishing 8th in the B Main.
Emilio Hoover is in the #29 Hahn entry and has spent a lot of time running POWRi midgets and wingless sprints. He has recently started competing in a winged sprint car.
Logan Alexander (#38) from Lacona, Iowa, runs weekly at Knoxville Raceway’s 360 series. For his rookie Nationals, Logan’s goal is to “drive the car back into the trailer with the same parts on it as when we unloaded.” Follow Logan on Facebook under Logan Alexander.
Chase Brown (#55) from Yutan, Nebraska, races 360s across the Midwest, hitting tracks in Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa. He has made three starts at Knoxville Raceway and qualified for two of the three A Mains.
Brady Baker (#71) from Alexander, Arkansas, started the year with the ASCS National Tour. He has also raced 360s across the South and has a win with the USCS at Magnolia Motor Speedway. He has made one appearance this season at Knoxville Raceway.
Kurt Mueller (#83) from Reynolds, Illinois, races with Sprint Invaders and in Knoxville Raceway 360 events. Kurt comes from a long line of racers, growing up with his dad as a crew member on various cars and working on cars himself. He has attended every 360 and 410 Nationals since 1992. Goals for this year’s 360 Nationals are to “lay down a good time trial lap, make the invert, and see where it takes me. It feels surreal just to finally be a small part of it for the first time as a driver.” Kurt’s friend and mentor, Scott Bogucki, helps him with driver coaching and setup suggestions, which he is very thankful for. Terry Easum (#88) from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, is an ASCS National competitor. His goals are to learn and have fun during this 360 Rookie Nationals experience.
