SHERIDAN, Who. (July 28, 2024) Landing in Victory Lane two of the three nights the ASCS Northern Plains Region was in action over the weekend in Wyoming, Kelly Miller scored his most recent victory Sunday night at Sheridan Speedway.
Making it six overall wins with the series, that places Miller atop the win list since the Region came back in 2022. The previous list of series winners is still led by Chuck Swenson at nine.
Getting the lead with six laps to go, the No. 2jr was ultimately chased to the finish by Kyler Johnson, who landed silver in all the events over the weekend. Damon McCune would end up third with D.J. Brink and Blayne Brink making up the top five.
The series is down to the final two events of the 2024 season, which take place Friday, September 13, and Saturday, September 14 at Casper Speedway.
