Sarver, PA (July 26, 2024) A perfect night covered the Action Track as we celebrated Christmas in July presented by Panza Supply. Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 Sprint Cars substituted for the Peoples Natural Gas 410 Sprint Cars after they ran on Tuesday night against the High Limit Racing series for the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup. The BRP Modified Tour made their second and final appearance. Honoring hero, Corey Comperatore, with a video and a moment of silence before opening ceremonies. We also saluted the Buffalo Township Fire and Safety Team by going 4 wide before each feature as the safety vehicles and the #1 Cochran Ford pace truck led the field around the Action Track.
84 cars filled the pit area with 24 Big Block Modifieds, 18 Precise Racing Products Supers Late Models, 17 Millerstown Pic- A- Part Penn Ohio Pro Stocks and 25 Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 Sprint Cars. Rex King Jr, gets win number 4 at the Action Track and win number 1 with the BRP Modified Tour. John Garvin Jr returned to Terry Bowser Excavating Victory Lane running silky smooth for 25 laps. Christian Schneider gets win number 4 in the Millerstown Pic -A -Part Penn Ohio Pro Stocks. And veteran racer, Andy Priest, rocketed to victory in the Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 Sprint Cars.
King Jr wins for the 4th time in 2024
Colton Walters and Steve Feder led the 24-car field to green for the BRP Mod Tour, 35 Lap feature. Feder led as the green flag waved. Restarts were the name of the game for the ground pounding big blocks. Two quick cautions in the first 4 laps, found 4th starting, Rex King Jr into 2nd. King Jr would take the lead on the lap 4 restart. 3 seconds were erased from King Jr’s lead after running 5 quick green flag laps. Battles behind your leader found Feder, Will Thomas, Dave Murdick and Ayden Cipriano restarting in the Top 5 with 9 laps in the books. Caution waved again as Thomas and Murdick make contact heading into turn 1 sending Murdick spinning in front of the field. Colton Walters and Garrett Krummert had nowhere to go and got collected. Ending Walters night and sending Krummert and Murdick to the tail for the restart.
12th starting Dalton Slack made his way into the Top 5, battling with Cipriano. Feder and Thomas battle for 2nd as King Jr rolls to a 2 second advantage.
Just passed the halfway mark, another caution waved as Macey Adamik spins in front of Feder in turn 4. Feder has nowhere to go and received front end damage, ending his night early. Erick Rudolph found his way into the top 5 on the lap 19 restart. Great battle for 2nd between Thomas and Slack. Also, an excellent battle for 5th between Rudolph and Cipriano. Adamik spins her 8M machine into turn 4 with 12 laps to go. Slack took the 2nd spot from Thomas on the restart. Rudolph took 3rd from Thomas as the caution waved Shawn Kozar spun on the front stretch with 10 laps to go. Making his way back toward the front, Garrett Krummert found speed and made his way to 6th, Rick Regalski 7th, Jeremiah Shingledecker 8th, Murdick 9th, and Tyler Williard restarted 10th. King Jr pulled away from the battle for 2nd between Slack and Rudolph. Krummert found his way into the top 5 with 8 laps to go as Thomas continued to run 4th. King Jr would pull out to a second in a half lead as he would lead the rest of the way scoring his 19th BRP Modified Tour Victory.
“Track played in our favor tonight” King Jr. said in victory lane. Rudolph, Slack, Thomas and Krummert rounded out the top 5.

Garvin Jr scores 1st victory in 2024
The Precise Racing Products Super Late Model 25 lap feature went green as Jared Miley took the early lead from Alex Ferree as 5th starting John Garvin Jr found his way quickly to 3rd. Colton Flinner and Justin Kann ran in the top 5 early. Ferree and Garvin Jr battle side by side for the 2nd spot as they both tried to track down Miley. As they entered lap traffic, Garvin Jr took 2nd from Ferree and then with 10 laps complete, Garvin Jr would take the lead. He would start to pull away from Miley through traffic as Flinner would catch Ferree and battle for 3rd. Chris Schneider would bring out a caution on lap 14.
15th starting Kenny Schaltenbrand would find his way behind Kann in 6th on the restart. Michael Duritsky Jr 7th, Michael Norris after starting last courtesy of his 4 consecutive feature victories, would restart 8th, Levi Yetter 9th and Tyler Wyant 10th. Ferree would battle Miley for 2nd as a three-car battle happened behind them. Flinner, Schaltenbrand, and Norris went tooth and nail for 4TH with Norris winning that battle before a caution for a flat right rear tire for Levi Yetter. With 9 laps to go on the restart, Garvin Jr continued to be smooth as butter out front. Miley, Ferree and Norris would go at it for the runner up spot. Norris would have a run into turn 1 and as he looked to the inside of Ferree, contact was made sending the #1C spinning. Norris was sent to the tail for rough driving. That would move Flinner to 3rd, Schaltenbrand 4th and Wyant up to 5th. Garvin Jr would go unchallenged for the final 4 laps to score a very popular victory.

Christian Schneider get another win
20 laps was the distance for the Millerstown Pic A Part Penn Ohio Pro Stocks. Mike Miller and John Peterman Jr would lead the field to green as 3rd starting Chris Schneider would quickly find his way to the lead after lap 1. A caution would soon come out on the front straightaway as contact between Tyler Schneider and Peterman Jr, that would send Peterman Jr spinning in front of the field collecting Cole Miller and Jim Kurpakus. Mike Miller would restart 2nd, Jason Fosnaught in the McDonald racing #25 3rd, Cody Koteles 4th, and 8th starting Christian Schneider in 5th.
Fosnaught would find his way to 2nd after the restart with point leader Christian Schneider making his way past Fosnaught on lap 3. Christian would track down Chris by lap 5 and the top two in Millerstown Pic- A- Part Penn Ohio Pro Stock points, race clean and smooth for the lead. Koteles would take 3rd from Fosnaught as a caution waves with 9 laps completed. Under yellow, leader Chris Schneider would take his #55 machine pit side inheriting the lead to Christian. Chris would come back out to rejoin the field. Mike Miller, Jason Fosnaught and 13th starting Joey Zambotti would battle for 3rd as a caution would come back out on lap 11. Chris Schneider was a man a mission as he made his way back into the top 5 after the restart. Chris would find his way to 3rd with 5 to go and then with 3 laps to go, 2nd place running Cody Koteles would slow with a flat right rear tire. Chris would have one more shot at Christian on the lap 17 restart. A few more cautions would make the 20-lap feature, a 21- lap feature. On the green, white, checkered finish, Christian would hold onto score the victory as Fosnaught would steal 2nd from Chris Schneider.

Priest collects the win in the 305s
The Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 rounded on the night with their 20-lap feature. Jim Pattock and Jarrett Rosencrance would lead the 25-car field to green as Pattock would take the lead early. 4th starting Andy Priest would waste little time battling Pattock on lap 3. Pattock would continue to hold off the veteran driver as Priest would make his move and take the lead on lap 7 through lap traffic. 7th starting Jeremy Kornbau would make his way to 3rd on lap 8, battling with Mike Koehler and Timmy Bittner. We reached halfway as the red would wave as a small fire would end the race for Justin Kovach in his #4G machine. Kovach was ok.
Kornbau and Pattock would battle back and forth for 2nd after the restart as Priest tried to run and hide. Bittner would take 4th from Koehler as they all continued to chase the 21N. Kornbau would jump the cushion with 4 laps to go falling back to 3rd as Pattock would move back to 2nd. Walt Tutak Jr would bring out a caution, setting up a restart with 3 laps to go. Koehler would take advantage of the restart and find his way to 2nd but it was too little, too late as Andy Priest would cross under the checkered flag first. Priest won last Saturday at Michael’s Mercer Raceway Park making 2 weeks of winning for the driver out of Grove City.
“We were working on setups the last couple weeks and last Saturday we kind of found something. We changed one shock and the car came around,” Priest explained in Terry Bowser Excavating victory lane.
