BRP Big Blocks Headline Fab4 Racing on Christmas in July

Sarver, PA (July 25, 2024) The regular season keeps on rolling towards its conclusion in August as four division racing, headlined by the BRP Modified Tour takes place on Friday night at The Action Track. The BRP Big Blocks will be joined by the Precise Racing Products Late Models, Millerstown Pic-A-Part Pro Stocks and a special appearance from the Allegheny Sprint Tour 305s who take the track in place of the Peoples Natural Gas Sprint Cars who receive their customary Friday night off following the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup held on Tuesday, July 23.

Off the track, our annual Christmas in July will be taking place as we adorn the speedway with a festive look and it's also Twin-State Auto Club night as well. On the track, the BRP Modified Tour takes center stage and thus far in 2024, Ransomville, NY native Erick Rudolph has been the one to watch out front thus far in limited tour action. Rudolph...aka "The Firestarter" has won three of the four tour starts thus far this season with the other feature win coming courtesy of former four time Lernerville Modified champion Mat Williamson. Lernerville points leader Garrett Krummert is within striking distance as is three time and defending champion Rex King Jr., but either one will need to stop Rudolph's dominance at The Action Track to have a chance at getting themselves back in the title chase. In two appearances thus far Rudolph has two wins and made them both look fairly easy.

As dominant as Rudolph has been in local and area Big Block Modified competition, Michael Norris has bee just as dominant in Precise Racing Products Late Model action, winning six of seven main events thus far, while making a long gap between himself and the rest of the field in the point standings. The gap between the top two drivers in the Millerstown Pic-A-Part Pro Stocks is just over a handful as Christian Schneider leads Chris Schneider by a mere seven points heading into competition on Friday night in a battle that looks to go down to the final set of turns on Championship Night. Finally, the Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 ci Sprint Cars will be making their second appearance of the season. Veteran pilot Jake Gomola has won the last two AST 305 Sprint Car Features at Lernerville and will try to go three for his last three on Friday night.

Here's a closer look at the standings heading into Friday night...
