AFS Badger Midgets Set to Salute Bryan Gapinski

The Advanced Fastening Supply Badger Midget Auto Racing Association stars and cars are refreshed from a weekend off and ready to do battle this Sunday, July 14, at their hometown track, Angell Park Speedway.

This is the annual Salute to Bryan Gapinski race where we take time to remember the longtime Badger Media Director. Gapinski was the authority on midget auto racing across the country and Badger was lucky to call him their own.

Cody Weisensel leads the pack into the pits, with a 19 point advantage over Todd Kluever and 34 over Brandon Waelti. All three drivers call Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, the location of the famed speedway, home.

The Midwest Sprint Association 360 winged sprint cars and Midwest Dirt Legends Series are also on the card.

NOTE A VERY SPECIAL DISCOUNT: Per Angell Park’s media pages, fans who display their Kwik Trip Rewards Card or their rewards on the phone app, will enjoy $5 off admission. Please see Angell Park’s pages for official details.
