Inside Line Promotions – GREENBRIAR, Ark. (July 8, 2024) – Jordon Mallett returns to his No. 14 sprint car this Saturday after spending a little more than a month as a fill-in driver for Brandon Anderson Motorsports.
Mallett’s first race back in his race car is an ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints show at Greenville Speedway in Greenville, Miss.
“I’m super grateful to have been in the No. 55b and am excited to be back in my car,” he said. “I’m grateful for my partners and sponsors who have pushed me and been gracious to allow me to drive another car. I’m looking forward to using some of the experiences and things I’ve learned to better our program.”
Greenville Speedway has been a strong track for Mallett, who has earned feature victories at the dirt oval in 2018 and in 2021. He placed fourth during his most recent visit in May 2022. Mallett also produced top fives at the track in 2011 and in 2015. In fact, he has five top fives and six top 10s in his nine career races at Greenville Speedway.
“I’m looking forward to getting back to Greenville,” he said. “It’s a track we’ve had success at in the past. We’ve ran there several times and I think we’ve won a couple of shows. It’s either really slick or rough and heavy. I feel we have a pretty good package for both of those situations.”
Mallett enters the weekend having earned a top 10 during eight of his last nine races this season.
