Ryan Timms kicked off a tripleheader stretch with the High Limit Sprint Car Series on Wednesday with a visit to Lake Ozark Speedway (Eldon, Mo.) for the fourth annual Beach Brawl.
After claiming the overall fast time honors in time trials with a blistering 11.575-second lap, Timms shuffled two spots in his heat to finish sixth, relegating him into a B-Main. Taking the top-four, Ryan was sidelined on the seventh lap after leading the race's opening six circuits.
For the inaugural Diamond Classic on Friday at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Mo.), Ryan backed up a fifth-place heat outing with a 17th-to-11th run in the 40-lap feature.
Saturday’s finale was washed out shortly after time trials wrapped up.
