HOME SWEET SPEEDWEEK: Zearfoss eager for Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek starts at Port, The Grove, and Selinsgrove

JONESTOWN, Pa. (July 2, 2024) - With an upcoming off weekend in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series schedule, not resuming competition until the Greatest Show On Dirt visits Beaver Dam Raceway in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, July 10, the “Jonestown Jet” Brock Zearfoss took advantage of the holiday gap and made his way back to Pennsylvania, set to rejoin the infamous Pennsylvania Posse in four rounds of Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek.

Zearfoss, who is currently ninth in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series standings, will activate his Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek plans Wednesday evening, July 3, at the Port Royal Speedway “Speed Palace.” The Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native will sit out on Thursday and resume action Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with visits to Williams Grove Speedway, Port Royal Speedway, and Selinsgrove Speedway, respectively.

Zearfoss owns eight World of Outlaws top-tens on the year, most recently perfecting a charge from 21st to finish ninth at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

“It’s good to be home, and with our Series commitments on hold until July 10, may as well get some laps in,” Zearfoss, ace of the Brock Zearfoss Racing, Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, Milton Hershey School, EnTrust IT Solutions, Berkebile Oil Company, No. 3Z sprint car, said. “With so many of our partners located right in Pennsylvania, this also gives us the chance to spend some extra time with them. It should be a fun few days and we hope to take advantage of it.”

ON DECK:
Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their 2024 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series campaign with an off weekend, followed by a trio of Badger State starts at Beaver Dam Raceway (July 10) and Wilmot Raceway (July 12-13). In the meantime, Zearfoss will enter four nights of Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek:

Wednesday, July 3 | Port Royal $10,000 to Win
Friday, July 5 | Williams Grove $20,000 to Win
Saturday, July 6 | Port Royal $10,000 to Win
Sunday, July 7 | Selinsgrove $10,000 to Win
