Bristow, OK. (June 22, 2024) – The Mike Peters Freedom 40 Classic at Red Dirt Raceway was nothing short of spectacular, drawing 40 entries for one of the premier events on the 2024 schedule. The evening kicked off with thrilling heat races won by Tanner Conn, Austin Shores, Sheldon Barksdale, and Whit Gastineau. The excitement continued as Danny Wood and Emilio Hoover claimed victories in the night's two B-features.
With the heat races and semi-features setting the stage, the lineup was ready for the 40-lap Ameriflex A Feature. Dillion Laden and Kyle Clark led the field to the green flag. From the moment the race began, Clark seized the lead, with Red Dirt Raceway in perfect condition for an exceptional night of racing.
The second half of the race delivered an absolutely electrifying show, with Danny Smith, Noah Harris, Johnny Kent, and others swapping positions and trading sliders in a fierce battle to catch Clark. A late restart saw Harris making a valiant effort to overtake Clark, but it wasn't enough. Kyle Clark dominated the night, leading every lap to secure victory in the Mike Peters Freedom 40 Classic. Noah Harris took a hard-fought second place, followed by Tanner Conn, Danny Smith, and the night's Hard Charger, Danny Wood, rounding out the top five.
