The RS12 Motorsports contingent raced at Matton, Illinois’ Coles County Speedway on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and scored two wins with a total of five top-five finishes.
Zander LaRose was among the front runners for RS12 as the young competitor drove to a win in the LO206 Beginner class on the 1/8-mile dirt oval. He paired that victory with a sixth-place feature result in Junior Sprints.
Meanwhile, Harrison Robards took on three classes at Coles County. “Dirty Harry” raced to a best finish of fifth in A-Class Wing. He also claimed a seventh-place result in Outlaw Wing and came home 13th in Non-Wing Micro competition.
Additionally, Allen Cope and Brody Strong competed under the RS12 banner on Saturday. Strong grabbed the Outlaw Wing checkered flag and took ninth in the Non-Wing Micro class. Cope finished fourth and fifth in Non-Wing Micro and Outlaw Wing, respectively.
