KENNEDALE, Texas (May 28, 2024) Bringing wingless action to Kennedale Speedway Park for one night in 2024, the ASCS Elite Non-Wing Series presented by Abilene Powder Coating will headline action on Saturday, June 1.
The second round of the 2024 run, the tour opened at Lonestar Speedway on May 11, where California’s Ricky Lewis captured his first career win with the series. In action one year ago at Kennedale, Jason Howell captured his fourth career ASCS Elite Non-Wing victory with a final corner pass over Scott Evans.
The tour’s sixth visit to Kennedale, Howell is the only multi-time winner at Kennedale, with two (3/11/2023 and 4/23/2022). The tour’s inaugural visit was topped by Keith Martin (8/22/2020). Other wins belong to Kyle Jones (4/24/2021) and Chase Brewer (6/5/2021).
Saturday, at Kennedale Speedway Park offers up $2,000 to win, $300 to start. Gates opens at 5:00 P.M. with racing at 7:00 P.M. (CDT). Additional classes on the card include IMCA Sport Mods, Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, Eco-Mods, and Junior Limited.
Admission is $18 (ages 12 years and older), $12 for Senior and Military (With ID), $7 for Youth 6-11, and free for kids five and under. Pits are $35.
