BAPS MOTOR SPEEDWAY AND DOTTIE'S FAMILY MARKET TEAM UP TO ENHANCE SPECTATOR EXPERIENCE WITH NEW CONCESSION OFFERINGS

YORK HAVEN, Pa. – Dottie's Family Market and BAPS Motor Speedway have joined forces in a multi-year concession naming rights partnership, while also introducing an exciting array of food and beverage selections to elevate the spectator experience at the speedway. Under the new branding "Dottie's Snack Shack," the collaboration between the two entities aims to cater to race fans of all ages with an expanded menu lineup.

“Our goal is to have more items on the menu for fans of all ages,” BAPS Motor Speedway General Manager Kolten Gouse said. “We are always trying to make the race-day experience better, and adding to our menu gives the consumer more choices.”

While the speedway will continue to manage the concession stand operations, patrons can look forward to a variety of new options.

Exciting additions to the Dottie's Snack Shack menu include mac and cheese bites, corn dog nuggets, fried mushrooms, cheesesteaks, cold sandwiches, and an assortment of candies. Beverage choices will also expand to include popular brands like Turkey Hill Tea, Monster Energy, and Red Bull.

The collaboration between Dottie's Family Market and BAPS Motor Speedway signifies a unique partnership that seeks to meet the needs of today’s event goers.

“The Berkheimer and Hogue family are excited to partner with BAPS Motor Speedway in a little different way,” expressed Dottie’s Ownership Member Austin Hogue. “We are proud to work with BAPS Motor Speedway and their team to continue to make BAPS the premier racing facility in Central PA.”

The ownership family at Dottie’s is deeply rooted in the dirt track racing community, with a longstanding tradition of both participation and support for the sport. Their collaboration with BAPS Motor Speedway exemplifies a shared commitment to creating a vibrant and engaging environment for racing enthusiasts in the long-term.

“Our goal is to help refuel the drivers, fans, and crew with their current favorites but also offer some different options to help satisfy everyone’s taste buds,” says Hogue. “And when off the racetrack, we are excited to serve those customers at Dottie’s Family Market.”

Dottie's Family Market, established in 2019, is a locally owned and operated grocery store that combines the selection of a major retailer with the personalized service of a community corner shop. Situated at the intersection of Canal Rd and Bull Rd in Dover, Dottie's serves as a one-stop destination for fresh produce, deli items, fuel, and greenhouse products.

Gouse summarizes, “Dottie’s is an ideal partner for the speedway's fan base. It is a family-owned business that has ties to the racing community and is local to BAPS Motor Speedway. We appreciate everything they do and are happy they are a part of the speedway.”

Race fans and teams will be able to experience Dottie’s Snack Shack for the first time during the scheduled Wed March 13 Test & Tune. Free frontstretch grandstand admission and race team load-in for this event opens at 5p, with practice running from 6p-9p.
