Ryan Bernal of Hollister, Calif. leads the 2013 USAC West Coast Sprint Cars to Bakersfield (Calif.) Speedway this Saturday night after sweeping a pair of series openers last weekend at the Tulare (Calif.) Thunderbowl Raceway.
