RS12 Motorsports driver Zander LaRose returned to the Doe Run Raceway Indoor Track (Palmyra, Missouri) over the weekend to compete in the second of four events scheduled for the winter months.
On Friday, LaRose drove the Spartan Transportation No. 1Z car to a third-place qualifying effort in the LO206 Restricted Box Stock class. However, he faded during the 15-lap A-Main and finished seventh.
The next day, despite not feeling his best, “Z-Man” persevered to score a seventh-place finish in the L0206 Restricted Box Stock heat after his foot got stuck around the pedals. Despite adjustments, he battled a similar issue in the 15-lap feature where he both started and finished in the seventh spot.
