John Rittenoure - TULSA, Okla. (October 31, 2023) - A new AmeriFlex Hose & Accessories Sprint Car champion will be crowned Saturday night in the season finale at Caney Valley Speedway.
Johnny Kent increased his lead over Danny Wood to 34 points after finishing second last Friday at Thunderbird Speedway. Now it all comes down to one final race to determine who will be crowned the 2023 champion.
Third place and 2021 champion Joe Bob Lee is still mathematically in the title race but has a much bigger challenge at hand as Sheldon Barksdale in just five points behind in fourth.
Pits open at 2 p.m. Saturday, driver draw is 3-3:30, drivers meeting at 4. Hot laps hit the track at 4:30 followed by racing at 5.
Factory Stocks, Pure Stocks will hold their final points race and B-Mods will be racing for $1,000-to-win, $200-to-start. The Fall Frenzy Enduro will be held following the regular program.
Grandstand admission is $15, Seniors and kids 12-5, $10, Kids 4-under FREE. Pit passes are $35.
