Bryan Hulbert – CASPER, Wyo. (September 5, 2023) Wrapping up the 2023 season this weekend at Wyoming’s Casper Speedway, the ASCS Northern Plains Region will take on the half-mile-oval on Friday, September 8, and Saturday, September 9.
Going into the weekend, hometown talent Shad Petersen will need to keep his nose clean as he leads the way by 74-points over Colorado’s Austyn Gossel. Trailing by 80, Adam Speckman holds third and is still very much mathematically in the hunt. Logan Hershey and DJ Brink make up the top five in tour standings. Grandstand gates open at 5:00 P.M., with racing at 7:00 P.M. (MDT) both days. Tickets per night are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors, military, and first responders, and free for kids 12 and under. Pit Passes are $30. The card both nights includes IMCA Sport Compacts, Wissota Mod 4's Dwarf Cars, and WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds.
