Sammy Swindell Sweeps Weekend Wins at Vado Speedway Park with POWRi Desert Wing Sprints

Belleville, IL. (9/4/23) Offering a fast-paced fourth-weekend double-header of racing excitement while celebrating the Labor Day Weekend, the POWRi Desert Wing Sprint Series presented by MVT Services would continue the 360 Wing-Sprint action around in a return to Vado Speedway Park as Sammy Swindell would prove his racing legacy’s strength in sweeping feature victories on the two-day adventure in speed.

Venturing to Vado with twenty-four entries while kicking off the Labor Day doubleheader weekend in Night One would find Sammy Swindell, Royal Jones, and Spencer Hill each notch heat racing wins with Sammy Swindell gaining the pole-starting grid for the feature event after an Intermission redraw.

Third-starting Brett Becker placed fourth with twelfth-starting Lorne Wofford rounding out the top five feature finishers for the POWRi Desert Wing Sprint Series on Night One at Vado Speedway Park.
