Ryan Timms finishes 12th at Williams Grove; Knoxville on the horizon

Back in action on Wednesday, Ryan Timms invaded Grandview Speedway (Bechtelsville, Pa.) for the sixth stop of the High Limit Sprint Car Series slate.

After qualifying in the top-10, Timms edged his way into the $23,023-to-win A-Main with a fifth-place run in his heat race. Rolling off 15th, Ryan got turned around while running 10th that dropped him to 17th in the final finishing order.

Remaining in Pennsylvania on Friday, Ryan rolled into Williams Grove Speedway (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) for the York County Racing Club Night. With a third-place finish in his heat positioning him on the fifth row, Timms rebounded after a mid-race slip-up to finish 12th.

After Saturday’s scheduled event at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pa.) fell victim to wet weather, Timms followed the High Limit Sprint Car Series to Kokomo Speedway (Kokomo, Ind.) on Tuesday but his night was cut short after a tangle on the opening lap of the feature.
