Bryan Hulbert - KNOXVILLE, Iowa (July 24, 2023) Next stop, the "Sprint Car Capital of the World" for three nights of racing at the 33rd Xtream powered by Mediacom 360 Knoxville Nationals presented by Great Southern Bank at Knoxville Raceway to kick off Southern Iowa Sprint Week.

A collection of 10 race nights between Knoxville and Oskaloosa, the whole of the Sprint Car universe will converge on Marion County starting August 3-5.

Focusing on the opening event, at the time of press, the 33rd Xtream powered by Mediacom 360 Knoxville Nationals presented by Great Southern Bank sits at 75 entries from the United States, Australia, and Canada, with 15 event rookies and a half-dozen former race winners, including the defending champion, 2015 ASCS National Champion, Aaron Reutzel.

Offering up a $152,000 purse, the overall winner will take home $20,000, plus their share of $15,000 in lap money. Other bonuses include $360 to the Team DGRD Best Appearing Car and $500 for the JETCO Rookie of the Year. Preliminary nights pay $3,000 to win. Sanctioned under the American Sprint Car Series, events at Knoxville Raceway do not conform to ASCS car rules. Per insurance requirements, all cars must adhere to Knoxville Raceway car rules, tire, and weight requirements. This also includes the use of an onboard fire suppression system. No change to the event format; teams will be divided into Thursday/Friday Qualifying nights, where accumulated points are crucial to setting up Saturday's run of events. The format and nightly points breakdown is explained at https://www.knoxvilleraceway.com/Event/knoxville-360-nationals.

Hot Laps each night begin at 6:45 P.M., with Qualifying at 7:15 P.M. (CDT).

All events at Knoxville Raceway are broadcast exclusively at https://www.dirtvision.com. The Knoxville Nationals is NOT included with a monthly Fast Pass, only with the annual Fast Pass or PPV.
