June 24 American Sprint Car Series Event Now $5,000 To Win At Caney Valley Speedway!

Bryan Hulbert - CANEY, Kan. (June 16, 2023) An update to next week's run of events, Saturday, June 24, has been moved from Rocket Raceway Park in Texas to Caney Valley Speedway in Caney, Kan. and will pay $5,000 to win, $500 to start.

Leading up to the event at Caney on Saturday, the series will be at Lawton Speedway on Thursday, June 22, with gates opening at 4:00 P.M. for teams to pull in and 5:00 P.M. in the grandstands. Hot Laps at 7:00 P.M., with racing to follow at 8:00 P.M. (CDT). Tickets at Lawton are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and military, $10 for youth (6-11), and free for kids five and under. Pits are $40.

Events at Lawton Speedway will pay $4,000 to win, $400 to start. Lawton Speedway is located at 3501 SW Sheridan in Lawton, Okla. More information, directions, and updates on Lawton Speedway can be found online at http://www.lawtonspeedway.com or by calling (580) 355-6417.

Friday, June 23 has been left open out of respect for Red Dirt Raceway and the Mike Peters Freedom 40 Classic with the AmeriFlex Hose and Accessories Oil Capital Racing Series.

Saturday, June 24, at Caney Valley Speedway, opens at 4:00 P.M. for the Pits and 5:00 P.M. for the stands. Hot Laps at 7:00 P.M., with racing to follow at 8:00 P.M. (CDT). Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, $5 for youth (6-12), and free for kids five and under. Pits are $35.

This is not the continuation of the Mickey Walker Classic. That event will be announced soon and will be in September.
