POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (April 27, 2023) With rain saturating Poplar Bluff Motorsports Park, officials have no choice but to call off Friday night with the ASCS Warrior Region presented by Impact Signs, Awnings, and Wraps along with the ASCS Mid-South Region.
The $2,000 to win, $300 to start showdown at Legit Speedway Park on Saturday, April 29 is still on as planned.
Saturday is presented by Holiday Inn Express of West Plains, Mo. Gates open at 5:00 P.M., with Hot Laps at 6:30 P.M. and Racing at 7:00 P.M. (CDT). Admission is $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and Military, $5 for Youth 6-12, and free for kids five and under. Pit Passes are $35. Saturday also includes Super Stocks, Sportsman Late Models, Sport Mods, A-Mods, and Hobby Stocks. Legit Speedway Park is located at 10603 US Hwy. 63 in West Plains, Mo. The 2023 season will mark the 32nd year of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the American Sprint Car Series National Tour, the ASCS Nation includes Regional Tours that encompass both wing and non-wing competition.
