2012 current St.George Illawarra Dragons Coach Steve Price will take to the Clayway this Saturday Night at Sydney Speedway. I98fm Wollongong's Radio Host Marty Haynes arranged the ride, Haynes previously has drove a 410 Sprincar at a media day with the Steve Caunt Racing team, and this week Coach Price said in an interview he dreamed of riding in a 410 Sprintcar.
Marty Haynes picked up the phone and called Steve Caunt and started the arrangements.
Sydney Speedway Management Rebecca Seymour and Rod Britten were accomodating of the opportunity to cross promote the sport of Dirt Track Racing and the NRL team St.George Illawarra Dragons.
Steve Price said to Marty Haynes today " I love my motorsport and looking forward to getting behind the wheel of the Steve Caunt Racing sprint car, hopefully its easier to handle then Michael Weyman...."
Marty Haynes will record the session in full HD along with Go pro Cameras. The footage will be cut and aired on Win Television Dragons TV Show and possibly Channel 9 Footy Show.
