Quinn and Jace Thurein Top NOW600 Central Arizona Region Opener on Saturday!

CASA GRADE, Ariz. (February 12, 2023) - Quinn and Jace Thurein both topped their respective division on Saturday during the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Central Arizona Region opener at Central Arizona Raceway.

20 Winged Outlaw and 9 Restricted 'A' Class Micro Sprints were on hand for the inaugural NOW600 event in Casa Grande.

From the outside of the front row, Quinn Thurein picked up the Outlaw feature event win. Kale Drake was second with Drake Edwards crossing in third. Austin Torgerson was fourth and Logan Heath made up the top five.

Jace Thurein was victorious in Restricted competition. Jace started sixth on the grid for the 20-lap feature. Connor Lundy was second with Ethan Stevens third. Fourth went to James Ferrin and Isabell Wilson rounded out the top five.

The Central Arizona Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series returns to action on March 10-11 at Central Arizona Raceway.
