Kentucky, Kansas, Ohio, and Missouri Talents Entered in POWRi’s DuQuoin Return

Belleville, IL. (12/10/2022) Touting the elation surrounding the return of indoor action at Southern Illinois Center on December 17th, POWRi continues the legacy of one of the region’s most admired racing legends with the restoration of the Junior Knepper 55. Escalating the entry count of aptitude as the event approaches will find several states joining in on the festivities as accomplished entrants attempting to emerge from DuQuoin victorious.

Representing the bluegrass state in fine form, Chett Gehrke of Coxs Creek Kentucky will journey into the Land of Lincoln with a wealth of experienced abilities and a commonly themed goal of wheeling his way to the front of the field with POWRi’s return to indoor action.

Rising through the talent ranks, Henry Chambers of Baldwin City Kansas continues his career evolutional switch with a pair of midget feature starts to his credit after establishing his burgeoning career as a true threat to win in a modified on any given night. Can Chambers continue to show signs of greatness with DuQuoin on the horizon?

Cruising out of the Buckeye State will see a pair of wheelmen take the challenge with accomplished wheelmen Ian Creager and Matt Westfall heading to the Southern Illinois Center. Will Westfall or Creager find the right route around the speedy mini-DuQuoin and return to Ohio as the winner?

Bringing a wealth of talent and competing experiences from St. Charles Missouri will find Kyle Steffens entering into the indoor DuQuoin event with Steffens remaining a notable mainstay of the front-of-the-field action in a myriad of racing disciplines UMP Modified and USAC Silver Crown. Notching a victory on the famous DuQuoin Magic Mile, can Kyle claim infamy at the indoor mini-magic-mile as well?

Increasing the list of entries as well as the level of competition, drivers from all over will now organize their action plans on the mini-magic-mile with the POWRi National Midget League. Which top-notch open-wheel challengers be able to capture the pinnacle of DuQuoin on December 17th in the return of the Junior Knepper 55?
