We apologize for the delayed updates from PA – it’s truly been a whirlwind and cell service has been limited; however, so far it’s been an incredible adventure. Night 1 at Port Royal was focused more on the mechanical side getting the car dialed in, which was a lot of fun trying new things and getting the car better as the night went on. Night 2 we came out a lot stronger and made it to the B-Main and Non-Qualifier race. Although I was bummed our results weren’t better the second night and wished we had one more night there, racing at Port Royal was an incredible learning experience as both a driver and mechanic, and I’ve never been anywhere like it. Off the track, it's been amazing taking in the beautiful sites and meeting new people. Something that stuck out to us the most at Port Royal was the level of kindness, respect, and appreciation shown to us from the track, fans, and fellow racers alike. It was an unbelievable amount of work and quite an adventure to make it out here, and it means a lot to us to be shown such appreciation that we made the trip. I never would’ve thought at the start of this season that we’d be able to experience something like this, and we can’t thank everyone enough who’s made it possible. Thank you to Jeff, Abby, Tyler, Justin, Bryan, Michelle, Kyle, Jimmy, Justin K. & family, Justin H., Mike, Port Royal Speedway staff (Craig, Justin, Steve), all the amazing fans we met, and all of our sponsors for everything!
